Exchange Policy: We offer free exchanges in the US within 30 days of your item arriving. The exchanged item must be in NEW condition with original tags in the original packaging (this makes the shipping easier). Fill out the form below to get started. Also please note that while exchanges are free, we like to minimize back/forth shipping to reduce environmental impact and cost. Always feel free to reach out to us about sizing prior to ordering if you are unsure!
We are unable to process exchanges for Canadian based orders, so please contact us ahead of time if you are unsure of sizing/style!
Return Policy: All returns must be within 30 days of the item arriving and be in NEW condition with original tags in the original packaging. We are only able to accept returns for orders in the US and Canada.
Return Cost: We will fully refund the original purchase amount minus the cost of the return shipping. We will provide a return label, as we receive shipping discounts through our shipping partners. No returns for New Zealand and Australia orders (it's too dang expensive! Sorry!).
Apparel: We unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges on our apparel (ie shirts/hoodies/hats). We use a 3rd party printer (Printful) for all apparel, and each item is custom printed and shipped by Printful.
