HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
Thanks to all who ordered a Wildcoat this year! We hope we helped make your holiday season a little extra wild!
Our team will be away from the warehouse Dec 24 thru Dec 31 visiting family for the holidays!
We'll be back in action after the holidays and shipping all orders ASAP once the carriers are back to work Jan 2.
Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
The bottom line is: we want you to be 100% ecstatic with your Wildcoat!
If the fit isn't perfect, or you aren't totally satisfied - let us know!
We have partnered with Re:do for shipping protection, exchanges and returns. If you opt in to their service ($2.99 per order at checkout) your order will be eligible for free exchanges and returns on all eligible items (see below).
If you opt out of Re:do, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost for exchanges and returns.
US Orders —
- We accept exchanges and returns within 15-days of delivery for all non-sale coats and hoods bought through our shop (Wildcoat.com). All items must be returned in new-condition as they were received with tags attached. We try to be as flexible as possible with the 15-day window around the holidays for size exchanges for gifted coats — just hit us up.
International Orders —
- We unfortunately are not able to accept exchanges or returns from international orders (outside of the US). It's too dang expensive, sorry! Please double check sizing and style with us prior to ordering to ensure your coat fits perfectly.
Clearance/Sale Items —
- All Clearance items (25% off or more) are final sale and cannot be returned. We do accept exchanges on Clearance items pending available inventory. Clearance items will be marked as such on the product page.
Apparel —
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on our apparel (aka t-shirts, beanies, hats, and sweatshirts). We use a third party printing company for all of these goodies (Printful is their name!), so we are not able to swap sizing, style, or offer refunds on these items.
Duties / Taxes —
- For international orders, we ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). You will be billed upon pickup by your local authorities/shipping company before delivery. Please reach out if you are unsure of the standard importing taxes/fees for your country and we will do our best to estimate these for you. We do not cover these fees.
All Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. We do accept exchanges on Clearance items pending available inventory.
Coats & Hoods: We aim to ship out same day on all orders received before 4pm MT.
You'll receive email updates & tracking info as soon as your label is printed, packed, and on its way.
Apparel: Our apparel is made-to-order and is shipped independently from Printful.
On average, 3-5 days from the time the carrier picks up the package!
If you need your order by a certain date, let us know in your order comments or use an expedited service to ensure it arrives in time! We have 2nd Day and Next Day available at checkout.
We ship out of Colorado, so the shipping time varies based on how close you are to CO! Other factors like weather and holidays could result in delays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package is out of our hands. We're all at the mercy of UPS, USPS, and Fedex.
For domestic orders we use USPS Ground Select as our first option, or UPS Ground Advantage if USPS is unavailable in your area.
If you need your goodies by a specific date, please let us know so we can choose a specific shipping service or recommend expedited.
Delivery time within the USA is typically 1-5 business days depending on your proximity to Colorado. If you need your goodies by a certain date, you have the option to upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout.
For international orders we use UPS or USPS depending on the ship-to country.
If either USPS or UPS do not deliver to your address, please leave us an order note with your preferred carrier.
Shipping costs/fees are as follows:
Continental USA: Free shipping on all coats & hoods. We partner with Printful for all apparel orders and shipping rates are automatically calculated based on their carriers.
Alaska / Hawaii / US Territories: Automatically calculated shipping at checkout based on carrier rates.
Canada: We cover the cost to ship — you cover the taxes/duties. We do not collect duties/taxes for Canada, so please account for this to be billed upon delivery from your local post office (aka DDU). Shoot us an email if you're uncertain about the rates.
Australia: Automatically calculated shipping at checkout based on carrier rates.
New Zealand: Automatically calculated shipping at checkout based on carrier rates.
UK/Europe: Automatically calculated shipping at checkout based on carrier rates. We do not collect duties/taxes for UK/EU orders, so please account for this to be billed upon delivery from your local post office (aka DDU). Shoot us an email if you're uncertain about the rates.

We currently are fully stocked for the Winter 24/25 season and are actively shipping all in-stock items.
We typically begin our preorder in the summer ahead of the Fall/Winter season.
Preordering ensures you'll be first in line to receive your item as soon as our inventory arrives, as we typically sell out of our most popular coats each year!
Think of us like that really good mom & pop pizza place that can only make so many pies each day, and once they sell out you gotta come back the next day.
All items marked PREORDER are currently being made by our manufacturer, and will ship as soon as they hit our warehouse in Boulder, Colorado.
