These coats are pricey but you will be the warmest person around. In 40° weather, you will got hot in this coat. Wild Coat did an amazing job with the quality and updates in version 4.

Make sure you size up! I am 5’9” and 210 and could definitely use the XL. The large is fine for standing up, but it’s a little tight around the waist when sitting down.

Finally, be prepared to talk to strangers about how warm you are. The number one question I get asked is if I have the matching pants!

Love the coat; I put it on and my 3 Great Pyrenees accepted me into the pack as one of their own! The fur on the coat is almost indistinguishable from the Pyr's. The coat is really warm, and good for at least single digits (F) with no other gloves, scarfs, etc. so far. It is heavy, but not unexpectedly so. This jacket was not only the bees-neez on the mountain - it was so warm - I just needed a t under neath and I had good air flow and really solid heat capture. I’d wear this thing year round up there every time if I didn’t mind all the attention. A+++ these guys crushed it on jackets - I’d love some “tamed down” options too considering their quality.

This coat is very well made keeps me extremely warm. Every time I wear it out I get tons of compliments and people asking where they can get one. Definitely a conversation starter.

I am loving my Buffalo coat! I've been asked if I was a friendly buffalo (told him I was just your average tactical assault cow); I have high-hoofed many a Colorado Mammoth fan; and I am constantly asked where I got my coat.

Walking around with my family, I was asked to move along a little quicker because they were cold. It was 19 degrees, and I hadn't even noticed it was cold.

The details on the coat are amazing, and I love the modular nature of it. When I wore it to the game, I took it off inside, but was able to keep the hood on as a hat. The "hooves" are a real bonus, keeping my hands warm and allowing me to high hoof folks.

SO MANY people comment on the coat, and I always get a lot of smiles, something which I am actively trying to bring to my community. This coat is both attention grabbing and practical, and I love it!

This coat is so legit! The best and warmest coat ever!! I’m a skier and also a crossing guard for a couple schools. I bought mine a little over a month ago. I live in Texas but wore it at a tailgate up in Buffalo a few weeks ago. It was cold and a little rainy out but stayed dry and warm (the coat was a little damp). I got lots of compliments. My only word of advice is remember where you hang it up. No one like to walk into a room and see a large harry shape in the dark. :)

I am a huge Cincinnati Bengals Fan and when I saw this I knew I had to have it. Not only did I get so many compliments at the game, we won!!! That's a bonus. We live in Southern California where it’s hardly ever cold, but we purchased these “Wild”coats because we are Buffalo Bills fans and want to wear them to a game in Buffalo next season. I just have to say, these coats are AWESOME! They are top quality! Best Christmas gift by far. I think you could add to your marketing to any NFL team that has a wild animal as their mascot, i. e. the Lions, the Bears, the Rams, etc…
