Short answer: It depends! Check out the above timeline for the latest news and updates on when our presale items will be arriving!
Longer answer: We typically launch our presales once we have an estimated delivery timeframe from our manufacturer. From there we try to operate under full transparency regarding ETAs & delays.
Our latest batch of Buffaloes, Pandas, and the restock on all other coats and hoods are set to arrive around the end of December. We'll be shipping out all orders for these items as soon as they get to us in Colorado!
No problemo! Just shoot us an email (teddy@wildcoat.com) and we can gladly update the shipping address, or make adjustments to your order items, sizes, quantities, etc.
Once we have a confirmed delivery date for our inventory, we'll print all shipping labels 1-2 days prior to prep for the big ship-out. This is when you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking # and ETA.
Shipping costs/fees are as follows:
Continental USA: Free shipping on all coats & hoods. We partner with Printful for all apparel orders and shipping rates are automatically calculated based on their carriers.
Alaska / Hawaii / US Territories: Automatically calculated shipping at checkout based on carrier rates.
Canada: We cover the cost to ship — you cover the taxes/duties. We do not collect duties/taxes for Canada, so please account for this to be billed upon delivery from your local post office (aka DDU). Shoot us an email if you're uncertain about the rates.
Australia: Flat-rate shipping cost of $115 for coats, and $50 for hoods.
New Zealand: Flat-rate shipping cost of $99 for coats, and $50 for hoods.
USA: We primarily use UPS Ground as they provide the lowest cost and competitive delivery times - typically 2-5 business days depending on your proximity to Colordo (our home).
International: Global shipping options shown at checkout.
Apparel: Our apparel is made-to-order and is shipped independently from Printful.
